Alcohol consumption must remain indoors. Please keep patios, driveways, and shared spaces clean. Violations may result in a $250+ fine. Grilling or BBQ is not permitted. Large trucks or oversized vehicles should use off-site or alternative parking. Pets may not be left unattended unless they are properly crated and must follow all quiet hours.
