A community laundry room is available for use on the same floor as the unit for a per-use fee. Please note that the exterior of the building is currently undergoing painting and minor repairs. This is a third-floor unit with no elevator access, requiring three flights of stairs to reach. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect. No smoking is permitted in the condo or on the balcony at any time, or a full security deposit will be enforced for odor removal.
