This apartment is located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood. There are only 6 apartments in the complex. It has an attached carport with water and electricity outside. Inside it is $1000 sq. ft. Upstairs is a master suite with a walk-in closet and large bathroom. Also, upstairs has a large indoor storage closet. Downstairs is the living area, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and washer-dryer room. It is furnished with AC/H, dishwasher, stove, disposal, refrigerator, electric washer-dryer connections, and ceiling fans. You pay your own electric and water bills. There is a credit check for $40, paid before the check is done. We require a credit score of 720 or up. The contract is a 12 month lease. We offer a military clause. There are no pets, no inside smoking, and no cars that leak fluids. The monthly rent is $700 and a $350 deposit.
