Neighborhood: This house is in a safe, quiet, friendly, suburban neighborhood, with views of the mountains from some rooms. Great neighbors who are quiet and respectful of each other. The neighborhood is near Mo Udall Park, which has pickleball courts, walking trails, dog park, gymnasium, etc. The home is just a few miles from Catalina Highway (the highway that takes you up into 8000' mountains in a scenic 50 min. drive), and 10 min. from beautiful, scenic Sabino Canyon. This is a friendly neighborhood with sidewalks, parks, and lots of places to walk and cycle nearby. Miles and miles of paved cycling trails (The Loop) are nearby. A riverwalk along Tanque Verde Wash is within 3 blocks walking distance of the house. There is often water flowing there in late summer.
