Free street parking is available, with some restrictions during weekdays. Garage parking is offered at $150 per month, and dedicated off-street uncovered parking is available for $100 per month. Our paid parking spots are first come, first serve, so please inquire about availability. We are dog-friendly with a pet rent of $90 per dog per month, but have a strict no cats policy. The location is unbeatable, with City Park less than a block away and Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens just 5 minutes away. You're 8 blocks from Sprouts Farmers Market, 8 minutes from Cherry Creek Shopping District, and 10 minutes from downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi. Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive, and ski resorts are about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, all within 5 minutes, and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO, 15 minutes away. The property is non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Check-out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. Noise disturbances are taken seriously, with warnings given for any reported issues and potential eviction for repeated disturbances without refund. All trash must be taken out and dishes placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Personal property left behind will incur a minimum $50 returned item fee. Maintenance issues will be addressed promptly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or interruptions of utilities. The apartment is remote work-friendly, with a TV that can be used as a second monitor. Fast internet is included, with speeds of 300mbps download and 10mbps upload. A shared router may or may not be in-unit.
