A well-behaved pet is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $5,500 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for 12-month+ lease only. UTILITIES: The tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, gas, phone (optional), internet, satellite or cable TV, water, sewer, and trash payments. Residents are also responsible for alarm monitoring (optional), video camera surveillance (optional), maintaining the water softener salt level, replacing water filters, removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and deck/patio in the winter, and maintaining the lawn/yard.
