A well-behaved pet is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $5,500 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for 12-month+ lease only. UTILITIES: The tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, gas, phone (optional), internet, satellite or cable TV, water, sewer, and trash payments.
