Tennis and basketball courts are available for recreation, and a state-of-the-art fitness center is on-site. One assigned parking spot is included on the ground level of the parking lot, with the second vehicle able to park in any unmarked space. The parking fee is included in the total amount. Located on over 30 acres of beautiful waterfront property, Caribe Resort offers a prime location on the island. Enjoy waterfront dining at Cobalt or hop on the convenient beach trolley for quick access to the sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Boat slips are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am; violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events: violators will be charged a $500 fine. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space. [SI]
