With arguably the best views in the community, this condo is located directly across the street from a public beach access point. The open floor plan living and dining areas are spacious and tastefully appointed with plenty of seating. There is a 55" flat-screen TV, queen sleeper sofa and separate loveseat, and a large dining table seating 6, as well as an additional dining table on the ocean-facing covered balcony. The fully stocked open kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite has a queen-size bed, twin bed, large closet, 40" flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The 2nd bedroom also has 2 twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating. A car is recommended, but you can also walk several places, making it easy to leave your car in the lot for most of your stay. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and inland. There is a Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's House with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away, and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
