Located directly across the street from a public beach access point on 29th Avenue N and Ocean Blvd, this condo offers ocean views from its covered balcony. The open floor plan living and dining areas are spacious and tastefully appointed with plenty of seating. Enjoy a 55" flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, a separate loveseat, and a large dining table seating 6, plus an additional dining table on the balcony. The fully stocked galley-style kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite has a full-size bed, a twin bed, a large closet, a 35" flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom also has a queen and twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating. There is back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck from the balcony. You'll be super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer, both on the water and inland. Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's are across the street, and the renowned Sea Captain's House with oceanfront bar is a 3-block walk away. You will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors, and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. HOA regulations require that our home and common areas be treated with the same respect as you would your own. Renters are not allowed to have pets. Hanging towels or bathing suits on balconies is prohibited. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. There is a key on the kitchen counter to unlock the dumpster door. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials, or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Common areas must not be obstructed with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Provided parking passes must be hung from your vehicle's rearview mirror or placed on the dashboard. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots. The pool is open from 9 am to 10 pm. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in the pool area. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people, including infants and children. [SI]
