This condo features two expansive balconies perfect for enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises and the salt air breeze cools you off. The open design of the living room and kitchen allows for easy conversation and meal preparation. Spacious sleeping arrangements ensure a restful night, readying you for the next day's adventures. Whether dining out at nearby restaurants like Sea Captain's House or cooking in style with ocean views, this condo caters to all your needs. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods, all included with the cleaning fee. Pool and beach towels are not provided, but you can rent backpack-style beach chairs for added convenience. Located directly across from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North, you'll be close to all that Myrtle Beach offers both on the water and inland. A Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's are across the street, and the renowned Sea Captain's House is just a short walk away. You're also less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Check-in is between 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed eight, including infants and children. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies, and note that portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. Parking passes must be displayed, and no boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed in the parking lots.
