Pets are negotiable with pet fee: cat is $200 and dog is $250-one-time non-refundable fee. There are pet count/weight/breed limits that apply. Move-in/out fee ($550) is a NON-refundable-one time fee. Requirements are good credit, proof of income and background check + $85 app fee to apply for minimum 1 year lease. No short-term rentals.
