This apartment is truly amazing. The $2,300 rent includes all utilities (Water, Gas, Cable, Internet) except electricity (ComEd) which has been about $40-50 per month for the 2.5 years we have lived here The South facing unit has absolutely stunning views over the Lincoln Park park and unobstructed views of the Skyline There are numerous and convenient ways to commute from this central location. Many different bus lines begin 2 blocks away at Sheridan and Diversey. A quick 5 min bus ride/7 min walk to the Diversey stop (brown and purple lines) and a 10 min bus ride to the Belmont stop (red, brown, purple lines). Divvy bikes are located all around the area as well if that's your means of transportation, the nearest one is across the street from 2800 N. Lake Shore. The unit is approximately 900 square feet with hardwood floors throughout the apartment (tile in the bathroom). There are stainless steel appliances in the throughout kitchen which includes a microwave, gas range stove top/oven, garbage disposal, dish washer, deep SS sink, wine rack built above the refrigerator and plenty of cabinet storage. Repairs/maintenance requests are always completed promptly. -The first floor also has an onsite dry cleaners, combined with a receiving room for safe and easy receiving of packages -The sky deck is open all year round with complementary lounge chairs. The deck has been amazing for the air and water show, pride parade, etc. or just getting some time to yourself as it is rarely busy up there -Crossing Diversey pkwy allows you instant access to the Lincoln Park park. Walk 1 block East to get to the lake front trails for the beach, biking, running etc. Diversey harbor is also located across the street to if you have a boat!
