The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and master bath has a walk-in shower. House is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. This is a great home in a very nice, well maintained neighborhood. Rent includes water, sewer, and common area grass mowing. Tenant is responsible for weeding and trimming the planter areas around the house. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, $2,000 refundable security deposit and $400 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We do not accept cosignors nor comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
