This is a small studio / efficiency apartment on the 2nd floor of a historic building with some of the best downtown views you could ask for (directly overlooking court-square).While the building is historic, there are modern amenities such as on-site laundry and an electronic security system. Stress-free and affordable downtown living as the RENT INCLUDES UTILITIES (electric, water/sewer/trash, and WiFi). Unit does come with a full-sized oven/stove and refrigerator (not photographed). Street and garage parking downtown is available for free and we offer private on-site parking for an additional fee.Sorry, but pets are not permitted. Credit score of 600+ , at least 2.5 times rent in monthly income, and landlord references are required. To be considered, applicants MUST complete the online application, which is $39 and includes a credit / background check. There are no additional application fees.
