The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stovetop, oven with range hood, dishwasher, disposal, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy the Jacuzzi tub, covered lanai, and barbecue grill. For your convenience, there is central A/C, ceiling fans in all rooms, and a washer and dryer with a utility sink. Enjoy free kayaks, and you can even park your boat or trailer for free. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, plus a boat and trailer. Located on the tranquil island of Terra Ceia, this home is surrounded by five bodies of water with Gulf access nearby. With a nearby community boat ramp and quick access to I-75, this home is perfectly located for exploring the Gulf Coast, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa. Appealing to nature lovers, residents enjoy spending their days hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing, or boating. Much of the nearby land is preserved or set aside as state parks including Terra Ceia Preserve State Park, Madira Bickel Mound State Archeological Site, and Emerson Point Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
