Located on the tranquil island of Terra Ceia, this home is just a short drive to St. Pete and offers easy access to Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa via I-75. Surrounded by five bodies of water, this pristine locale offers unrivaled views of the Gulf of Mexico. Residents enjoy spending their days hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing, or boating. Much of the nearby land is preserved or set aside as state parks including Terra Ceia Preserve State Park, Madira Bickel Mound State Archeological Site, and Emerson Point Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the property, and a penalty of $250 will be charged if smoking has taken place. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
