The property features a dock, gardens, and an outdoor shower. Cozy baseboard hot water heating. Enjoy sunsets and sunrises from this beautiful urban waterfront setting. Easy access to Route I-95, and a 5- minute walk to either downtown historic Portsmouth, Kittery Foreside, or Route 1 “Gourmet Alley”.
