This property offers easy access to a variety of attractions. It's located 10 minutes from Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park for hiking, biking, and picnics, and 38 minutes from Downtown Calgary for business, entertainment, and nightlife. Other nearby destinations include the Calgary Zoo & TELUS Spark Science Centre (41 minutes), the University of Calgary (30 minutes), Calgary International Airport (40 minutes), and WinSport Canada Olympic Park (30 minutes). For shopping, CrossIron Mills is 36 minutes away. Outdoor adventures await in Canmore (51 minutes), Banff National Park (1 hour 7 minutes), and Lake Louise (1 hour 40 minutes). Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. There is a strict complaint policy; one complaint is a warning, and a second complaint may result in eviction. Noise levels should be kept under 85db, as a noise detector is in use. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $250 CAD fine if smoke or the smell of smoke is detected.
