Conveniently located, this property is just 10 minutes from Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park for outdoor activities, 38 minutes from Downtown Calgary for business and entertainment, and 40 minutes from Calgary International Airport. Explore nearby attractions like the Calgary Zoo and TELUS Spark Science Centre, or enjoy the amenities at the University of Calgary, both within a 30-38 minute drive. Please be aware that quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and a second complaint may lead to eviction. Noise levels should be kept under 85db, as a noise detector is in place. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $250 CAD fine if smoke or the smell of smoke is detected. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. Events for work or meetings are permitted upon request.
