This could be a great property for a budding family, young professionals taking their next step from an apartment, or many other fits for those later in life. The home has 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom on the first floor having a bonus room used for an office, nursery, and child's playroom in the past. Two rooms on the second floor to spread out your needs or for the children to have their own space. The living room welcomes you into the home with enough space for almost any set up. The kitchen/dining room is an open concept, with an updated Oven, Refrigerator, Garbage disposal, and Dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer set up in the basement along with plenty of storage space. Off street parking is available for tenant and guest use within the driveway. We will be including Heat, Electric, City Water, Lawn care, Trash and Recycling. The tenant for Internet, Cable, maintaining a cleanly lawn for mowing, and snow removal from steps and driveway during the winter or hiring a service to do so with our approval. Up to two cats are allowed, and one well-behaved dog will be considered on a case-by-case scenario. Each pet will require a $500 refundable deposit to cover any potential pet damages to the property. Due to insurance any dogs on the typical restricted breed list will not be considered for occupancy, no guarantees dogs of other breeds will be accepted. Tenant will be required to obtain a Renters insurance policy with $500K in personal liability coverages with the owner listed as additional insured. There is no smoking (Tobacco or Marijuana) allowed within the home or on the premise, this is also a requirement from our insurance provider. Leases will be on an annual term; we will not convert to a month-to-month rental after first year. First Month rent and security deposit required.
