Back in the day, the canals of Phoenixville came down this far and this was the lock house for the canal and the canal masters home. This stone home has veen updated but there is still the old quality here like the deep window sills and the stone for the fireplace. Fireplace is non working now, but it is still beautiful. This home sits in an industrial park and is the only house down this far. It is near the walking trail that takes you all along the river. If you like a large parking area and no neighbors, this is the house for you. You enter this home into the Living Room which is an open concept with the Dining Room. It has a renovated kitchen. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms and full bath. Look out the window, you can see the walking trail and the river. It has newer carpeting and paint throughout the home. This house did flood during Hurricane Ida. Landlord is looking for applicants to have a credit score of 600 or more, have no criminal background and this is a month to month lease. This home is located in Oaks but has a Phoenixville mailing address. Spring- Ford Area School district. NO PETS!
