The address is 28 Avon St Somerville, MA 02143 No Broker Fee (Owner will pay for broker fee) This is a big house over 2,500 sq ft 3 floors, 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms with front and back yard, BBQ grill The house locate closes to Green Line Subway station (union sq subway station). There is a MBTA bus #85 stop near the house which take you to Kendall Sq subway station. There are a few super markets (Market Basket, International Grocery & Wholefood) within walking distance. No S m o k e r (of any kinds), no pet and no drug. The rent is $1,450 plus utilities. The cleaning crews come and clean the house once every 2 weeks (Free). Free off Street parking and free laundry. We will do credit check, background check and criminal record check Current tenants are 1) Female from UK, doing her PhD at Harvard in Physic 2) Male from CA, doing his PhD at MIT 3 Male from Australia, doing his PhD at MIT 4) Male from Germany, completed his study at MIT starting his own company 5) Female from Sri Lanka, doing her PhD at Tuft and will be leaving the house.
