The large (14’x13') master bedroom is located downstairs and the two other bedrooms are upstairs. The master bath has double sinks, a separate walk-in shower, and a whirpool tub where you can relax after a hard day at work. The living room has vaulted ceilings with a fireplace and a TV alcove above fireplace. The home is pre-wired for cable and telephone. The home has a stove, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator that will remain at the house. You are welcome to use these appliances at no extra charge. However, the appliances are not part of the lease and are not warranted. The home has a security system. You will be responsible for the cost of the monitoring if you’d like to keep the service. The home has a low-maintenance yard you can enjoy without spending countless hours mowing it. For room sizes, take a look at the floor plan in the picture area. Please note the furniture does NOT stay. It will be rented unfurnished. The discounted rent on this home is $1020/month (when paid in advance by the 25th) and the fully-refundable security deposit is $1,200. Most pets are allowed with an extra refundable pet deposit of $200 per pet and a monthly pet fee of $20 per pet. Some breeds of dogs are not allowed. Note that all our leases end in the April-July time-frame and are at least one year long. Also, approved applicants will be required to have renters insurance as a condition of the lease.
