Please note, the garage was converted into an oversized bedroom years ago, so there is no garage at this property. While located on the church property, this is a private residence with its own driveway and entrance, ensuring privacy and independence. Tenants are welcome to enjoy the church grounds, including the playground and community firepit, offering a peaceful and community-centered setting. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing opportunities, with nearby destinations such as Evergreen Lake, Alderfer/Three Sisters Park, Meyer Ranch, and Staunton State Park. Utilities are a flat $200 per month and include electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash. Please note that the Mountain Backpack Program uses a small, separately locked portion of the basement once a week. This area has its own entrance and does not interfere with the living space. One dog will be considered with a $300 pet deposit. No smoking and no cats, please. Washer/Dryer not included, however there are hookups if you'd like to provide your own set.
