Upstairs are the bedrooms, washing machines (& dryer), and a spacious bathroom with a shower. There is also personal storage within the covered carport as well as within the unit.

There are lots of bike share opportunities within a few blocks. The unit is near bus lines that connect you to the rest of the area. Furthermore, the Portland streetcar and light rail lines are within walking distance.

There are additional costs not included in the rent price that we can discuss later which include: parking, furniture rental, internet, and utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity, gas). These typically run closer to $600/mo together. More detail on that is below. (water, garbage, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet on an updated mesh network).
Lease Length:
Lease options include a six month or year long lease. Following that, month to month leases are an option.
