The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 278 Main
This apartment looks great on paper, but the paper thin walls, ZERO privacy, and poor management will say otherwise. If you want to hear your neighbors "getting it on" in the middle of the day, sure this place is great. Every night I listen to my other neighbor snore louder than a lawn mower, and what was the solution I got from management, "get a sound machine". We did and that did nothing. Our neighbors below us called the police on us 3+ times because we "walked to loud". Every single day I smell weed in the hallways and through the vents. Ive also caught people smoking in the halls. Loud music DAILY at all hours. Also, maintenance, while kind, walks right into your apartment without giving you enough time to get to the door. Management rarely picks up the phone, and when they do, leave much to desire. Long story short, although the price is good, save yourself the stress and dismay and look somewhere else.

Hello, your review has just come to our attention. Unfortunately, without a name we are unable to contact you to discuss the situation. Thankyou.
It's going on two years in the Giannotti for me and I love it!! Apts are really nice, halls are really clean and the maintenance and management are super attentive. Miss Buckley is always on top of everything. She even does Happy Hour for us every two weeks. We have games and everyone gets to know their neighbors and we also have food. I give it a ringing Five Star. Thank you Helen Buckley for being super nice!!! Wouldn't be home without you!
Great building for historic living - was a high school at one time,
