I have a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment (part of a triplex) available June 1. The unit is available for 6 or 12 months, furnished or unfurnished. The advertised price includes trash/ recycling, water, monthly landscaping, quarterly pest control, and a property manager. The tenant pays for gas and electricity. The unit is in a mid-century (1964) ranch style triplex that was recently remodeled and comes with central AC/ heat (including a new AC unit), modern furniture, dishwasher, disposal, polished-concrete floors, shared on-site laundry, and off-street parking. The unit is equipped with all new appliances in the kitchen, an eat-in dining area, and a comfortable living room with unobstructed mountain views. Small pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis, but no smoking permitted. The unit is part of a triplex; the two neighbors have been extremely respectful and mindful tenants for more than three years. A westward-facing covered patio provides a spectacular view of the San Jacinto mountains and beautiful dusk lighting. The building is on a large lot, and the immediately surrounding area is undeveloped. Despite being within walking distance to many amenities, (Arrive Hotel, Customs Coffee, Toucans, Riviera, JJ's, etc), the property feels remote and vast.
