The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, and a closet with a dresser. There is a cozy futon in the living room. The complex has keyless locks on the front and back security gates, motion-sensor lighting throughout and a security door on the front door. Each bungalow has its own private outdoor area. There are lush palms and succulents, well maintained by management. Location is great with easy access to the freeway, Coronado Bridge, Gaslamp Quarter, and Balboa Park. The other tenants are respectful and quiet. Friendly owner-operated property. - Rent reflects S.O, N.P. - 3 Month leases are preferred. Other amenities include off-street parking, on-site laundry, trash & recycle service, and well-manicured landscaping. The property is walking distance to many restaurants, bars, convenience stores and local businesses. Located off the first exit on Highway 94, these bungalows are close to all the best that San Diego offers, is situated within 1.5 miles to the downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, Balboa Park, South Park, Golden Hill, Barrio Logan and many other neighborhoods. Grant Hill Park is located 1000 feet away and has amazing sunset views of Coronado Island, Point Loma, and downtown. Typically rented to short stay nurses, the other tenants are respectful and quiet. Rent is based on single occupancy without pets (additional rent applies). A 3-month lease is preferred. Lease will rollover into a month-to-month status after contract ends.
