About 2761 Carrolton Club Cir Columbus, OH 43219
I'm trying to sublet my entire 2bd 2bth apartment on the ground floor for the remainder of it's lease ending 08/29/2019. The security deposit is paid along with the pet deposit. Here are the property managers terms for subleasing: Once you find someone, the following are the steps that the person interested in taking over the lease will need to take. 1.) Fill out an application and pay the application fee of $25. 2.) We will then run both a credit and criminal background screening. Depending on how the screening comes back will determine if any additional deposit money needs to be paid on the apartment. i.e., if there is currently a $300 deposit on the apartment and they come back approved at $550, they would need to pay the $250 difference. 3.) Once this is determined the process can move forward. 4.) The two parties, (add to lease/release from lease) need to coordinate a time when they can come into the office together and sign the appropriate paperwork. 5.) At this time both parties may exchange both apartment and mailbox keys. If the new resident would like a lock change, they can pay our standard $50 fee for the lock change. (We don't want keys returned to us to turn over to the new person, this needs to be between the two parties themselves). 6.) At the time the add to lease, release from lease paperwork is signed, the new resident will be given a full copy of the lease to ensure they are aware of all community related policies and procedures. 7.) We will switch the utilities over on the day of takeover. The person being added to the lease will be re sponsible for any past due balances, as those stay with the apartment not the individual. 8.) On day of takeover the add to lease person will need to provide documentation of renter's insurance. 9.) We will need to be provided with a forwarding address for the person being released. 10.) Please understand that the deposit stays with the apartment. 11.) Please also know that you are taking the apartment as is and that we don’t do walk throughs. any questions at all please email or phone me.
