New Front Loading Washer & Dryer provided by Landlord in Laundry room. New ultra quiet Dishwasher. Most pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Call or text for showings. We do a background and credit check on new tenants. It is required that applicant have a job or proof of income. A decent credit score is required.
