Cats are allowed but a pet deposit of $500 will be required. One parking space is available behind the house on the alley, and street parking is available. Internet is not included with the unit. Electricity, natural gas, water/sewer, and trash service will be charged to the tenant with their rent statement monthly. The lawn and garden are irrigated but mowing and lawn maintenance not related to the sprinklers are the responsibility of the tenants, including mowing and weeding.
