The building is across the street from the main bus station and within walking distance of the train terminal. The guest must return all keys, fobs, and garage access cards upon leaving the rental. The guest is responsible for compliance with all trash recycling regulations. No parking is permitted on premises except in designated areas. The guest must notify Management IMMEDIATELY upon discovering water leaks in the unit, including a toilet or faucet running or dripping, clogged drains, or cracked or leaking pipes. The guest must maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs for the unit but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture; coasters are provided to prevent damage. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. The guest must pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. If any damage is found in the unit, the guest will be expected to cover replacement costs, and a 20% administrative fee will be charged. The minimum age to rent is 30.
