About This Home
Property Id: 2581726 I'm looking for someone to join a 5 bed / 2.5 bath home starting July 17th! Only 2 rooms available. About the house: Great natural light throughout Renovated home with brand-new appliances Furnished common areas (living & dining rooms) In-unit laundry Finished basement Large backyard + patio—perfect for relaxing or hanging out Easy Street parking or driveway All utilities included (water, electricity, internet, etc.) Fair warning: I like to keep the house cool, so if you love A/C, you'll fit right in. LGBTQ+ Green friendly A little about me: I'm originally from California and have been living in Denver for the last couple of years. I'm in my late 20s and work in healthcare. Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, watching movies, playing video games, traveling, checking out new places around town, or just staying busy. I enjoy hanging out when it feels natural, but I also value everyone's personal space. I also have a very cute tuxedo cat, so you'll need to be cat-friendly! I am also pretty clean about common areas and you should be too. Move-in: July 17th Rent: $550/month Security deposit: $200 Requirements: Credit and background check required, cost is $55 but do not do it until you come see the place in person or video tour. If you think we'd be a good fit or have any questions, send me a message. I'd love to hear from you!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
