You would be the only one residing in the space or with your co-applicant. You'll pay just $3,000 per month all inclusive and we will cover the monthly difference through January 31, 2027. If you had applied for one of Kaya's vacancies, the average costs for their 1 bedroom, including base rent, utilities, Wi-Fi and common area charges such as water, trash and recycling are roughly $4,000 per month.
