The kitchen is spacious and full of light. The living-room has 2 skylights and a remote control gas fireplace. There is an extra room beside the living-room that can be used as an office, music room, dining room or another use. Washer and dryer inside. Not in the square feet listed: Separate large storage room that opens to yard (sorry, no pictures of the storage at this time). Plus there is extra space for bikes and surfboards. One car garage that accommodates a medium size vehicle (like a Honda CRV or smaller) can be leased for an additional $125/month, but it is optional. Tenant pays for gas and electricity. Owner pays for water and gardener. Just Remodeled. New tile floors, refinished wood floors, recessed lights, new paint, etc. No smoking. Pet allowed.

You’ll find a distillation of Venice Beach in the street performers, bodybuilders, and beach-goers that congregate at its namesake Beach and Boardwalk.
