It's a historic two story, two bedroom, two and one half bath 1,350 square foot fully rehabbed, freshly painted, newly refinished hardwood floors, brand new carpeting and modernly furnished building dating back to the 1880's. New amenities include but not limited to an alarm system, awning windows, skylights, ceiling fans, HVAC, gas fireplace, TV, cable, Internet, and Wi-Fi fully furnished living/dining area, bedrooms and baths. Access to the Coach House is through secure keyed gates (with intercom/buzzer) via a shared common area gangway leading to an attached raised 18' x 16' deck with table, chairs and a gas grill that are yours to use at your leisure. As you enter through the front door into the foyer and next into the kitchen, you will immediately notice newly refinished hardwood floors and freshly painted walls and trim everywhere throughout the first floor and stairway. The 14'x10' kitchen has newer appliances including a stainless french door 22 cu.ft. LG refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, GE stainless dishwasher, Maytag gas range / convection oven and over the range microwave, Keurig K-55 and Mr. Coffee coffee makers, Ninja blender and mini food processor and 4-slice toaster oven and popcorn maker. Behind the maple cabinetry and drawers are all of the compliments of a fully equipped kitchen including: fine and casual dishware, serveware and silverware and glasses for dining table, kitchen island and deck. Cookware: pots, pans and utensils, baking dishes and spices, sauces and condiments. Other impressive features of the kitchen are a five foot island with bar stools and a huge bay window overlooking the deck. From the kitchen you move into the 19' x 16' living / dining room area with five awning windows with blinds, 42 inch gas fireplace, ceiling fan / light, American Leather Cassidy king sleeper sofa with memory foam (sleeps at least two), leather loveseat, chair and ottoman, coffee table and end tables, lamps, dining room table and chairs for at least six and matching buffet. A 50" Vizio TV and stereo soundbar, RCN TiVo dvr, cable and WiFi Internet and an expandable desk with amenities. There is a half bath / powder room in between kitchen and living / dining room area for your first floor convenience. Now you might be ready to head to the newly carpeted second floor where you are greeted by a 10' x 6' hallway and vaulted ceiling with a venting skylight. You now move eastward into the 19' x 16' master bedroom with 12' vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan / light, five awning windows with blinds and curtains, 10' x 5' vaulted ceiling master bath with Grohe thermostatically controlled tub /shower and venting skylight, 6' x 5' walk-in closet and 10' x 2' double door closets. In the bedroom there is a modern queen sleigh bed, dresser, chest and nightstands. When its time for slumber, a brand new 14" plush euro pillow top mattress set with soft down to firm pillows for you to choose from awaits you! There is also a twin, full and queen aerobeds with mattress pads, sheets and comforters which can be easily set up in the bedroom if so desired for any guests you may have. From here you move to the hallway heading toward the west 12' x 12' bedroom with another queen bedroom set with dresser and nightstands and a 14 inch plush mattress set, two awning windows with blinds and curtains, ceiling fan / light, 10' x 2' double door closets and a 10' x 5' master bath with awning window and a standing Grohe thermostatically controlled shower. All bedrooms and full bathrooms have multi sets of linens and towels and toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving, etc.), hair dryer, iron & ironing board, lint roller and other amenities for your use and enjoyment. When it comes time for you to relax / cocktail / cook out on the deck, please feel free to make use of the table and chairs and gas grill and grill tools provided. Since the deck is part of the common area, you will be sharing it with the tenants from Apartment 1. I will provide additional tables and chairs as necessary for your convenience -- please be considerate and respectful to others while enjoying the deck. Time to do some laundry -- please feel free to use the exclusive high efficiency washer and dryer and laundry tub and drying rack provided in the basement of the Coach House. Laundry detergent, softener, dryer softener sheets provided. There is a second refrigerator for you to use in the basement along with plenty of space for storage of any personal belongings. Street permit parking available and possibly off-street dedicated parking with a nearby neighbor if you desire (additional fee). Coach House is situated in a secure property with locked gates with neighbors to the north and south of the property and an alley to the east of the rear of coach house. *The Coach House is available month to month or up to six months from Dec 1, 2016 through May31, 2017. All utilities including gas, electric, water & sewer and garbage pickup are included in the monthly rate -- RCN Basic Cable TV & TiVo DVR and WiFi Internet are included too! ($250 maximum allowance towards utilities -- $200 for gas and electric and $50 towards cable and internet. Any amount over is charged to tenant) .*
