To enhance comfort and offer more sleeping options, there are 2 twin beds in the 2nd-floor office space and a twin daybed in the 3rd-floor loft, complete with all the necessary sleeping amenities. The 3rd floor also features indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by an outdoor wood-burning fireplace and stunning valley views. Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. Located 2 miles from Luck, TX, an old western town in Willie Nelson's backyard, it's perfect for a delightful evening with musicians, chefs, and artisans contributing to American roots culture. Additionally, with nearby wedding venues, this villa becomes an ideal location for bridal parties, seamlessly blending natural beauty with inviting attractions for a delightful experience. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use. Before starting any fires, verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County, as igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy towards fellow facility users as there are shared spaces onsite. There are cameras throughout the complex, and fines will be imposed if tampered with. A $50 replacement fee per key will be charged if keys are not returned to the lockbox. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. This rural property may have limited services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.
