LEASE TERMS: -12-month lease. -Short term rental only applicable for leases through May 31. -Security deposit equivalent to one month's rent. UTILITIES: -Rent includes all utilities, basic internet with Roku stick. -Tenant is responsible for all streaming and any upgraded services. LAUNDRY: -Dedicated washer/dryer for the condo on site.
