The basement boasts fun rec-room style activities like billiards, ping pong, a treadmill and impressive flat screen TV with lounge area. Outside, enjoy a sunny back patio and screened in front porch overlooking wide open, protected land. Hop on your bike and ride to famed beaches on Ocean Drive such as Baileys, Gooseberry and Reject’s or cruise downtown for dinner and cocktails. Longer term is preferable. Respectful utility usage with cap. Final Cleaning Fee $500. AIR CONDITIONING IS FLOOR UNITS- very efficient!
