A short HOA Application is mandatory, which requires at least a seven day advance notice. We will send you the necessary paperwork prior to the reservation date. This property will allow up to one small dog (no other type pf pet) under 25 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. All guests must complete required paperwork and acknowledge pet rules prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the HOA restricts certain breeds of dogs (their rule not ours). Under no circumstances shall a Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or mix), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario (canary dog) be permitted on the property.
