About This Property

The rent includes heat and hot water. There's no smoking and no pets. Central air-conditioning for this unit. This unit is the whole third-floor of an owner-occupied house. Owners live on floors one and two. Your property owners are nearby for repairs or questions. Two flights of stairs to climb - one to the apartment door and the second inside the apartment. Three flights if you're doing laundry in the basement. The bathroom has a generous shower area with two shower heads and a seat (but no tub), exhaust fan, and supplemental heater for the cold months. Kitchen has quartz countertops, recirculating exhaust fan, smooth-top electric range, fridge, skylight, and plenty of storage. The clothes washer and dryer are shared, at no extra cost, with the owner and are located in the basement. The wood burning fireplace is in good working order.
