You'll be at home at 2652 W Evergreen! We are a small, friendly property, located one block east of the park, walking distance to grocery stores, bars & restaurants. This second floor unit gets plenty of sunlight, has hardwood floors, ceiling fans throughout, a large eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and walk-in pantry. There is a spacious private back deck, a communal courtyard with a fire ring at hand for the chilly months. Free laundry on site. We as owners live on site and don"t micromanage -- but always willing to hang out:). It just means if something needs to be fixed it gets done! Street parking is easy and we can also offer space to store bikes. All pets are welcome! No pet deposit. $2,250/month plus security deposit. A bit about us: Jaime, my partner, myself and our good friend Jen have lived in Humboldt Park for 30 years. Collectively we own the property. In 2016 the previous owner decided to sell. We love our neighborhood and the property and rather than see it sold (more than likely turned into a condominium) we found a way to keep it standing.
