A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are accommodated at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed two. Three cameras are installed outside the house for safety and privacy. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Be considerate of noise outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of any house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home features a home theatre with a popcorn machine for movie evenings. [SI]
