Massive windows and high ceilings draw in the surrounding mountain views, while the wrap-around balcony traces the edge of the home, offering a quiet place to take in the winter landscape. A private path leads down to the Roaring Fork River. Gathering spaces are generous and flexible, making it easy for everyone to share meals, watch a movie in the home theatre with a popcorn machine, or enjoy a relaxed evening indoors. The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, supported by a dining table for shared breakfasts and evening dinners. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, a washer, and a dryer support comfort in changing mountain weather. The gas BBQ grill and outdoor spaces are available year-round. Set along the Roaring Fork River in Snowmass Village, this villa offers snow-dusted peaks that frame your view as the river moves quietly below. From the stillness of the riverbank to the glow of the indoor fireplace, the home invites you to slow down and settle in. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind and no firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. There are three cameras installed outside of the house, around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on the back door, outside of the garage, and over the front door pointing the entrance.
