For parties greater than 8 people, an additional twin air mattress is available upon request. The cooling and heating system is equipped with Nest Thermostat control for added comfort. Please note, extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. The property is equipped with security cameras outside for added security, and guests are required to respect community guidelines and keep the property clean.
