We (the owner) are renting this apartment directly and seek conscientious applicants. Owner pays water and sewer. Tenant pays for electric and gas (heat is gas). One pet is generally acceptable and considered on case-by-case basis. No smoking is allowed. Dedicated, off-street, tandem parking is available for up to 2 cars. Owner pays for a plow service to plow driveway, but tenants shovels around their cars.
