The space includes 2 well lit bedrooms, living room, front sunroom, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and covered back porch. The unit has wood floors, central air and heat as well as large basement storage area and ample parking. Living room includes built in bookshelf and mantle. Each bedroom has a closet. There is also a linen/storage closet in hallway as well as built-in pantry/storage area in kitchen. Unit includes washer/dryer hookup. 1 year lease minimum.
