The complex is located on 26th Street, South of Broadway, near the State of California buildings. Clean units, some with central heat and air. Beautiful pool area and off-street parking. This setting creates an inviting urban living environment. These units are smoke-free. We are a pet-friendly community with the proper pet deposit and pet rent of $25. We have a two(2) pet limit per unit and a weight limit of 30 lbs. Pitbull breeds of any kind are not allowed. Our application fee is $35.00 per applicant. Our requirements are three(3) years of rental history, three(3) months of paystubs (ex. EDD, SSI, child support, employment. etc.), income to be two and half times the rent, and a credit score of 700 or higher.
