Great location on edge of property overlooking valley and views include the Garden of the Gods. Very nice wrap around deck that is covered. Lower-level walks out to a covered patio. The main floor includes a large living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, and 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The dining room and primary bedroom also have access to a large, covered wrap around deck. A full-size washer and dryer are included. There is also a large attached 2 car garage with lots of storage. The walk-out lower has a large family room and open area for perfect for an office or 3rd sleeping area. Several large storage areas. Large 2 car garage. Some furniture is also available if needed. Very well taken care of. Freshly painted, new roof, new furnace and triple pane windows. Yard and snow removal is provided by the community association. The rent includes full use of the Brookdale facilities which include a gym, heated pool, fitness and social activities, activity bus including trips and shopping. There are guest rooms available for rent for visiting guests. Meals are also available for a small additional monthly fee. This is a 55 and older gated community. Tours of the Brookdale at Skyline facilities can be arrange with advanced notice.
