All bathrooms are newly renovated with brand new tile, plumbing fixtures, and toilets - with full baths on the upper level and in the basement and a 3/4 bathroom (glass enclosed shower) on the main floor. All bedrooms have ample walk-in closet space and lots of natural light. A low-maintenance backyard includes patio space and premium artificial turf. Appliances include new front load washer & dryer with an additional pedestal washer, garbage disposal, gas stove top with wall oven, new dishwasher, and new french door refrigerator. There's an additional refrigerator in the basement laundry room. Remaining pieces of furniture pictured in the listing will be removed prior to lease start. The property has baseboard heating and 2 window cooling units provided. There is also a whole-house fan above the central staircase. *Please note: the fireplace is non-operational.
