About This Home
3 bed/3 bath historic home for rent in Old Town Park City! Located just 1 block from Main Street and 2 blocks from the Quit'N Time ski run for (almost) ski-in/ski-out access at Park City Mountain Resort. When you live here you'll learn the art of getting in a few runs between conference calls, having your biggest ski year and never putting your skis in a car, hiking and biking out your front door, and only going to restaurants that you can walk to. Probably the most unique features of this home are the giant heated driveway with space for 4 cars plus a 2-car garage. Never worry about parking for yourself or your guests, or waking up early to shovel the driveway on powder days. The two upstairs bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms and two closets, and the master has walk-out access to the large rear deck. There is another bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, as well as a bonus room with a closet that can be used as a pantry, office, or small guest bedroom. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Available starting November 10th for 6-12+ months lease. First month + last month + security deposit due on lease signing. No smoking or cats allowed (we love them but we're allergic!). Dogs require additional security deposit and pet rent. House is furnished but can be made available unfurnished for 12+ months lease. Utilities not included. $7,000/month for 12 months lease $11,000/month for 6 months lease

Perched high in Utah’s Wasatch Range, Park City is a legendary mountain town located about an hour east of Salt Lake City. Park City enjoys a reputation as one of the best areas in the world for winter sports, with world-class resorts like Deer Valley, Alta, and Snowbird offering hundreds of ski trails within minutes of Downtown. The community is equally renowned as the home of the Sundance Film Festival, which draws huge crowds of filmmakers, fans, and critics to town every winter.
While tourism accounts for a massive portion of the people you’ll see around town, Park City is home to around 8,000 permanent residents, forming a tight-knit community of locals. Thanks to the constant flow of visitors, folks who live in park City year-round enjoy a wealth of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, specialty boutiques, art galleries, and other terrific venues for shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
