??Hi! This is my Airbnb. I also live on this property. Looking for a potential long term tenant if the fit is right. ??Space is furnished and comes this way. It is a 1 bed/1 bath with 2 large rooms. While this is a private space, the only reason I need the basement is for the laundry. ??There’s a large yard, a covered carport (one space for you) and a patio I built as well, I live on a corner lot - it’s sweet. Lot's of space, no neighbors. ??Single-occupant for long term tenants.
